Villa on the slope

The house located on the slope with its rooms completely turns away from the street and creates space for the unmuddable garden.
The positioning of the house moved to the street creates a spacious outdoor area and preserves the unobstructed direct view into the nearer fruit trees. The three floors divide the house into private rooms to the garden and living rooms with unobstructed views on all floors. The development on the ground floor connects the two areas both in their use and through the open staircase with an unobstructed view into the sky.
The rooms are spacious and flexible and can thus adapt to the needs of the client over the years. The dark window strips define the appearance and set a strong contrast to the white building envelope. The glass railings of the terrace surfaces create the greatest possible transparency to the outdoor space.
