House Mamerta
Triesen, Liechtenstein
The single-family house, built in the 1970s, is being completely renovated. The very good and clear basic structure of residential construction is supplemented with new elements. In addition, the spacious outdoor space gets a new appearance.
The single-family house, which is laid out over several floors in the split level, offers a wide variety of room qualities. These are once again clearly highlighted by the conversion and supplemented by new architectural accents. All living rooms are oriented to the west and have a bright feeling of space due to the generous window surfaces. The private rooms located on the lower floor will be re-materialized and upgraded. The master's area is completely restructured. The living spaces on the garden floor will continue to be kept open and show the generosity of the project.
Here, too, the basic structure is largely preserved. The outdoor space is renewed and complemented by a pergola and an outdoor kitchen. The areas, which are mostly in the shade of the trees, create an additional feeling of living space, especially on hot summer evenings. The existing terraced terracing of the house on the hillside is supplemented by new elements.
