This office was designed using biophilic design principles, incorporating abundant natural light and greenery to enhance employee health and engagement. Inspired by the rhythms of nature, a variety of unique work areas themed around the four seasons—spring, summer, autumn, and winter—are thoughtfully dispersed throughout the space. These seasonal zones aim to foster a sense of change and encourage spontaneous interactions and collaboration. Built on the concept of Activity-Based Working (ABW), the layout allows employees to freely choose their workspace based on the nature of their tasks or their mood. No two zones on the expansive floorplate are the same, offering a constantly fresh and stimulating environment where individuals can find their ideal setting each day. The design also includes numerous communication areas that are open and easily accessible to all, encouraging casual conversations and connectivity throughout the office. In the visitor zone and work café, a wide range of vibrant plant species reinforces a strong connection to nature, creating a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere. This workspace represents a forward-thinking approach to office design—one that nurtures creativity, autonomy, and well-being through a harmonious blend of natural elements and human-centered planning.
