An Office That Embodies the Brand’s Playful Spirit

Kraft Heinz Japan has relocated its office to a prime location adjacent to Shinjuku GyoenNational Garden. The new workspace offers panoramic views of Tokyo’s iconic skyscrapers from the entrance area, blending urban energy with a sense of harmony with nature. Visitors are welcomed by this striking view, which can also be enjoyed from the meeting rooms next to the reception, creating a memorable first impression.

Throughout the office, Kraft Heinz’s iconic brand elements, such as the signature ketchup and mustard colors and playful graphics, are thoughtfully incorporated to express both brand consistency and a sense of fun. A traditional Japanese-style room, which also serves as a meeting space, has been integrated to embody Japanese hospitality, providing a unique setting for hosting domestic and international clients.

At the heart of the office is a fully equipped kitchen, designed for product development, tasting sessions, and visitor engagement. This space plays a vital role in fostering creativity and casual interaction among employees. Adjacent to the kitchen is a collaboration area, which serves as a hub for Town Hall Meeting, social gatherings, and strengthening internal and external connections.

This new workplace is a truly “fresh” environment, designed to enhance creativity, collaboration, and productivity for everyone who works there.
