The villa from the early 20th century. Century undergoes a comprehensive interior renovation, the facade was also repaired. A garden terrace and a carport complete the existing building ensemble.
The new extensions are divided into the historic villa from the last century and highlight its architectural value. The renovation pursues the goal of preserving the original character of the building and at the same time creating a contemporary living situation. All interventions and decisions are based on the architectural expression of the villa and take into account its peculiarities.
