Vessy EMS – Extension and Renovation of a Medical-Social Facility
The project involves the extension and renovation of a medical-social facility, including the construction of two new buildings (R+4 and R+3) with one basement level (~200 beds), as well as two walkways and a tunnel connecting the future buildings to the existing structures.
The Charles Galland building, located on the site of the new buildings, was demolished.
Throughout the construction, the EMS remained operational, which required the buildings to be constructed in stages. In addition, access had to be maintained at all times.
The transformation of this site also involved the reorganization of traffic routes, parking areas, and outdoor facilities
