Eco-district Les Vergers – Construction of Public Facilities
Resulting from a multidisciplinary SIA 142 competition, the winning project proposes four pavilion-style buildings arranged in a staggered layout, with courtyards and access areas inserted between them. This alternation of buildings, courtyards, and landscaped areas creates a balance between built and open spaces.
The program, spread across two school buildings and two public buildings, includes the following elements:
a new municipal primary school
an auditorium with 300 seats
extracurricular facilities, including a cafeteria
a specialized school
sports facilities (double gymnasium)
the caretaker’s apartment
civil protection shelters
