CONTEXT
This project is part of the development of the future Grand-Morillon International City district and represents its first major phase. Located in close proximity to international organizations and the Palais des Nations, the geographical position of Grand-Morillon International City is one of the key assets of this project.
PROGRAM
The project involves the construction of an eight-story residential building above ground with two basement levels. This building mainly includes:
88 apartments, from R+1 to R+8;
commercial spaces on the ground floor (grocery store, restaurant, pharmacy, and offices);
an underground parking, storage rooms, and technical facilities over two basement levels.
