This new residential quarter with approximately 75 flats including interesting maisonette variations is located on the southern side of the Stralau Peninsula - directly opposite the beloved Treptower Park and the jetty of the Berliner river cruise ships.
The urban idea creates an own park city with different housing typologies surrounding an open green centre. A clear urbanism with fine structures and balanced relations between the houses creates a special part of the water city.
