Les Sablières – Construction of an Industrial and Logistics Building
The project, resulting from a multidisciplinary competition, involves the reconstruction, within an industrial zone, of a 5-level industrial and logistics hall (2 basement levels + ground floor + 3 upper floors), while retaining the basement envelope of a building destroyed by a fire.
The structure is characterized by its interlocking volumes, allowing natural light to reach all floors. The building includes a 1,000 m² extension, with a floor area of 4,000 m² per level.
The mixed steel/concrete roof, taking advantage of the building’s volumetry to free up spaces, features spans of up to 20 meters, giving this part of the structure the qualities of an engineering work.
A total of 3,200 m² in the basement is dedicated to parking.
