Renovation of a Medical Research Building

Our firm, in collaboration with Meier + Associés architects, is undertaking with great interest the renovation of La Tulipe, a building listed in the Geneva inventory of built heritage and distinguished by its particularly unique form.
HERITAGE
This building is one of Geneva’s landmarks in terms of 1970s construction, and its heritage value will, of course, be fully considered in both the study and execution of the renovation works, ensuring that the renovated structure remains faithful to its original characteristics.
WORKS IN A SENSITIVE AND OCCUPIED SITE
The purpose of this building is also a major factor requiring our full attention, as it houses medical research laboratories, storage facilities, and an animal facility. Since the works will take place in a fully occupied site, we will take these specificities into account to ensure that daily activities within La Tulipe can continue to run smoothly throughout the construction process.
