Located 500 meters from Geneva International Airport, this project involves the construction of a new 4-star-plus hotel, 8 floors above ground. The project includes:
139 rooms and 2 apartments;
1,000 m² of basement space.
One of the major challenges of the project is to construct the entire above-ground portion using prefabricated elements—precast slabs, walls, and parapets—in order to meet a particularly tight schedule. Construction, which began in April 2017, plans to complete a full 800 m² floor every 9 days.
