The project, carried out in three phases, comprises a total of 335 residential units spread across 7 buildings, 1,000 m² of facilities including an after-school restaurant, an underground parking garage with 243 spaces over two basements of 3,400 m² each, and a music school.
One of the main challenges of the project is to create highly economical residential buildings of the HBM type, both in terms of construction and operation.
