A five-minute film from developers Saif Sumaida and Amit Khurana explains 152 Elizabeth, a seven-story residential project designed by Tadao Ando, with interiors by Michael Gabellini, for a corner lot in Manhattan's Nolita (North of Little Italy) neighborhood.
The project was announced one year ago with a sketch by Ando and a couple renderings, though much more visual information is now available on the 152 Elizabeth website. The project is Ando's first building in New York City (previously he designed an interior space for Iron Chef Morimoto near the High Line) and is expected to be complete next year.
