Years since Herzog & de Meuron began working on Tour Triangle, at 180 meters (590 feet), the third tallest building in Paris—following the Eiffel Tower (300m / 984 ft) and the Tour Montparnasse (209m / 686 ft)—a 44-story irregular pyramid that will provide 750,000 square feet (69,700 m2) of office space, when the Paris region has an oversupply of 64.5 million square feet (6 million square feet) of office space: 20
