Pavilion 29 of the Wilhelminenspital in Vienna has been renovated over a longer period. MEISSL Architects has been a reliable partner the whole time. In the course of the renovation, utility rooms also have been rearranged and adapted to the current organizational processes. The newly created accessibility of the ward as well as the rooms and sanitary units has significantly improved patient care. The conversion has increased the patients‘ comfort enormously: The number of beds in each room has been reduced and also each room has ist own sanitary unit now. Last but not least , the new and fresh color concept creates a pleasant atmosphere – for the patients, but also for the staff who is now working in a motivating and friendly environment.
