The intention is to attract businesses from the media and advertising branches to the newly planned Schwedler Carré. The building for the Starcom advertising agency is a high-quality office and commercial property with a café and shops at ground floor level. A two-tier vertical incision provides the robust brick cube with additional light in the interior. The terraced spaces on the top floor are integrated in the cubic form by means of compact frames.
