Königliche Porzellanmanufaktur – With its 60-m-high tower this office and hotel building marks the eastern approach to the newly developed KPM district, the centre of which is occu- pied by the production complex of the old established porcelain manufacturer KPM. A seven-storey building plinth that accommodates the hotel is integrated in the development along Straße des 17. Juni. The contours of the nearby Ernst-Reuter-Haus are incorporated. The 10-storey office tower placed on top is a both prelude and conclusion to the City-West.
