With an area of over 9 hectares, the Grossacher development zone in Böttstein is one of the largest development reserves in the canton of Aargau. Thanks to its unique location on the Klingnau reservoir, the site has an outstanding locational advantage.
sa_partners established a cooperative planning culture and created, with the involvement of the canton, the municipality and the landowners, a solid basis for a qualitative, coordinated and gradual development of the site. Particular emphasis was placed on the interconnectedness and design of the open spaces and landscapes, and on the diversity and permeability of the buildings.
