The 2,800 square meter site is located 11 km east of Dresden city center directly to the hill sights. The terrain slopes down about 30 meters. The main cause of the design was bringing together tamed and untamed nature, as well as the linking of existing and historical elements with modern, simple implants. The yard, marked with different functions, which are shifting into the hillside terraces, are formed by simple elegance to a modern garden.
