Asian Fusion meets Black Forest. KURO.MORI by Steffen Disch is the TV and Michelin-star chef’s latest culinary project. Situated in the heart of Freiburg and next to the historical market hall, food and wine lovers can now indulge in their passion surounded by a very warm, relaxed and casual „understatement“ interior design.
“By its combination of trends & traditions, KURO.MORI is a hotspot for locals and visitors, whether young or old ”, Disch says. This is achieved by a smart zoning of the floor plan as well as by tactile materials like untreated wood and high quality fabrics. Core components are the open kitchen and the cool bar.
