At the head of this project lies foremost the combination of different atmospheres of living: to arrive, to rest, to cook, to eat. Built-ins connect and separate at the same time entrance area and living room across rooms: the slightly displaced passageway at once permits insight into the living space and at the same time grants the necessary feel of security when relaxing on the sofa.
Various invisible lighting sources care for different ambiances within the sequence of spaces. The chosen materials and colours are part of this mise en scene. The placement of the new window in the living space heightens the quality of intruding daylight substantially and expands on the relationship to the mountains.
