The project stages the living in an extraordinary environment at the edge of the woods. The gradient of the terrain and the existing pond are made use of to design the external spaces like a promenade.
The dynamic shapes of the buildings optimize the exposure to sunlight within the winter months. The openings between the buildings promote the permeability of the common habitats as well as the exceptional natural environment of the place. The designs of the individual rooms within the storeys respect the private life of the users.
