Relámpago House is a heritage renovation located in Sant Just Desvern, Barcelona, completed in 2024. As part of the 2024 Architecture Weeks, the FORA DE SI project was presented through three performative acts connecting the design and production processes of spatial practices across disciplines such as music, sculpture, painting, dance, and writing. This created a dialogue among artists, offering methodologies and reflections for contemporary architecture. The house, with a surface of 55 m², combines respect for its historical character with modern and functional design solutions. The renovation budget was €40,000 + VAT, and the project consists of a single-floor private residence.
