Estimated cost of the planned 191,000-square-foot (17,745 m2) courthouse in Chattanooga, Tennessee—the first major new design announced by the US General Services Administration (GSA) since Donald Trump’s “Making Federal Architecture Beautiful Again” executive order—containing seven courtrooms and nine judges’ chambers: $160 million to $220 million
