The project captures propositions about livability at level of the individual apartment, the tower and the site. An individual home often has a strong sense of center (courtyard) which is in this case is developed by focusing on living verandahs and capturing sweeping views. Radiating form provides privacy by ensuring that no apartment looks directly into another apartment. The tower scale the facade by rhythmic cascades of verandahs, and the height and segmented articulation creating an iconic form. The site creates a sense of community by centering on a large verdant landscape of spaces for gathering, recreation and relaxation; anchored at the two ends by a retail block and a clubhouse.
