Apartment Building Bellavista

Bellavista is an architectural statement that balances lightness and solidity – a residential building that not only frames its spectacular view, but also integrates it into the spatial experience. Situated on a steep slope, the project emphasises the horizontal line and allows architecture to merge with the landscape.

Studioforma conceived Bellavista as a sequence of open and closed volumes that oscillate between transparency and seclusion. Generous glass fronts open up the view over the lake, while solid wall surfaces create privacy and tranquillity.

The use of natural stone, concrete and warm wood creates a tactile, authentic atmosphere. Light and shadow shape the rooms depending on the time of day – a subtly choreographed interplay of space and nature.

Bellavista is an expression of Studioforma's sensitivity to place, material and proportion. An architecture that is neither loud nor quiet – but conscious.
