Your scope:

- Manage the implementation of office projects in close cooperation with assigned project designer and various other project consultants

- Manage scheduling, budgeting and administrative project tasks

- Track project performance to ensure project profitability

- Communicate with clients and keep records of meetings 

- Negotiate contracts with vendors from a client focused standpoint

- Coordinate construction process with appointed vendors

Your Qualifications:

• University graduate with a background in design/architecture/ construction related field
• Your scope can be adjusted to your work experience (junior, mid, senior levels are considered)
• Computer literate (Ms-office, Autocad as a minimum)
• Good understanding of design and construction related aspects
• Ability to perform in a team
• Communication capability in Japanese and English (desired but not a must)

業務内容：

• プロジェクトデザイナーおよびその他のプロジェクト関係者と緊密に連携し、オフィスプロジェクトの実施を管理
• スケジュール管理、予算管理、各種事務作業
• プロジェクトの進捗・実績を追跡し、収益性を確保
• クライアントとのコミュニケーションおよび打合せ記録の管理
• クライアントの立場に立った業者との契約交渉
• 指定業者との建設プロセスの調整

応募資格：

• デザイン、建築、建設関連分野の大学卒業者
• 経験に応じて職務範囲を調整（ジュニア、ミッド、シニアいずれも検討）
• コンピューター操作スキル（最低限：Ms-Office、AutoCAD）
• デザインおよび建設に関する基本的な理解
• チームでの協働能力
• 日本語および英語でのコミュニケーション能力（あれば尚可）
