Villa M
Padova, Italy
The project, designed by MIDE architetti, takes shape as a three-level residence defined by the refined use of exposed concrete, giving the building a sculptural and contemporary identity. The articulation of volumes through patios, terraces, and recessed spaces creates a harmonious dialogue between interior and exterior environments.
The layout of the residence is carefully planned to ensure privacy while maintaining openness. Full-height glazing in the main living areas maximizes natural light and offers panoramic views over the curated garden and the long lap pool, while visual connections between interior and exterior spaces create a seamless flow between architecture and landscape.
At the heart of the home is the open-plan living area, where the living room, dining room, and kitchen coexist in a fluid and luminous environment. The interiors are enriched with iconic furniture and design pieces, chosen to give character and personality to the home while maintaining a sense of material lightness. The neutral color palette and high-quality finishes enhance the contemporary elegance and overall harmony.
The sleeping area, located on the second floor, offers intimate and serene rooms with natural light and direct views of the garden. The basement houses a bright gym, equipped with a strategically positioned opening that brings in natural light and a connection to the outdoors.
The garden and outdoor area complete the project, with a long lap pool and spaces designed for relaxation.
The result is a residence that combines materiality, iconic design, and openness to the outdoors, offering privacy, comfort, and refined elegance in every space. A contemporary home that interprets the language of concrete and design, transforming the residence into a luminous, harmonious, and elegant retreat.
