Steel Wave Hall
Bruchsal, Germany
The extension combines a functional production hall with a representative administration building. Both volumes are unified by a continuous envelope of black corrugated aluminium, forming a clear, sculptural ensemble.
The curved form of the administration building creates a deliberate contrast to the rational structure of the hall and gives the ensemble a distinct identity.
Inside, reduced surfaces and exposed concrete define a calm working atmosphere. Generous openings provide natural light and visual connections.
The project received an award as part of “Baukultur Kraichgau”.
