A house focused on views from inside and outside.

An interior space filled with light and a characteristic facade were required by our clients. The site is a quiet dwelling area developed more than 10 years ago. The south side of the property faced the end of a long road, and the task was how to let in light inside but prevent a direct view from passersby.

Thus, a slanting wall was considered. This prevents passersby from seeing in and allows families in the room to look out at the sky at the upper side. Moreover, from the openings on the slanting wall, just enough light was let in.The windows are varied at each level: an arch-shaped opening on the first level, a house-shaped one on the second level, and a square-shaped one on the third level. Inside the property these various shaped openings make it possible for residents to see different views on each level.
