Located in New York City and nestled between the trendy Meatpacking District and Highline Park, this rooftop penthouse apartment was renovated to address INNOCAD’s client’s needs. The architecture team changed the design’s functionality and enhanced the space by mixing European design with a New York vibe thus creating a fresh atmosphere that is simple, clean and modern but also interesting, luxurious and urban.
Materials and choice of colors represent both high quality standards and relaxed city living. Each room echoes the fascinating land and cityscapes of Manhattan.
The heart of the apartment, a Marilyn Monroe relief, defines the common living area. It is functional, artistic and also an homage to this extraordinary city.
