A 3-floor residential building was developed for a building group in a side street in the Quellenbusch district. The compact, meandering structure creates a courtyard situation with the existing building opposite. The “Villa Pillebach” has 12 residential units of different sizes and a common room facing the courtyard with a large garden area.
