The Leverkusen public bus transport company Kraftverkehr WupperSieg (kws wupsi) got a new customer service centre. Customers are pleasantly received in an inspiring room. The extraordinary interior architecture has given wupsi a new face and also allows the company to be experienced as a brand outside its buses. Clear colours and innovative materials contrast with wood; the wall installation shows wupsi bus stops. The previous stuffy office has made way for a characterful brand experience.
