The staircase of an appartment tower and a commercial property should be revalued. Based on the history of the site was a design concept that emphasizes the Genius Loci. Inspired by its location on the Rhine, the "Golt(d)stein" meaning the “Gold Stone” and the former iron factory, form natural shades of sand to dark brown, accented with gold and silver, as the continuous Color Scheme.
Three boulders in the entrance hall, one of which is lacquered gold, form the beginning.
A sophisticated stripe pattern runs through the floors, which are indicated by large-scale figures. A black/white print shows the historic “Goltsteinstraße” the “Goldstein Street”.
