Küchen Flagshipstore

A 400 sqm shell space on the ground floor of a high-rise building in the middle of Beijing was to be transformed into a flagship store full of character for a German premium kitchen manufacturer.

The interior design combines the brand image with concise individual rooms in which the various kitchen programs unfold in a coherent spatial image. The elongated display window front draws the eyes of passers-by into the spacious showroom. Reception, event and presentation areas alternate with presentation rooms.

The basis of the material and color scheme is concrete-colored natural stone for the floor and the light gray of the surrounding walls and ceilings. Dark natural stone and wood surfaces provide contrasting accents. The tactile qualities of the high-quality kitchens and their materials come into their own in this minimal architecture.
Generously placed spatial axes and architectural lighting emphasize the clarity of the brand presentation.
