Coworking Space

A 1000 sqm conventional office space was to be transformed into a coworking space for a 40-person team. The requirements for the individual space areas are highly diverse.Manfred Haverkamp wove these functions into a flowing spatial body with ever interesting perspectives. The lively coffee lounge and a 200-square-meter creative hub invite people to meet and exchange ideas.think tanks, silent areas and meeting areas provide space for highly concentrated work.

There are no longer workstations assigned to an individual employee. Instead, each team member books the space or room that seems right for the tasks they need to complete. The desired spatial atmosphere is supported by an exceptionally complex, highly variable lighting concept.
