A small residential block containing 33 units is erected within the framework of the urban development of "Kabelwerk", the most exciting current urban development in Vienna. The theme of the housing is "car-free", the typology used is the terrace house with a large void between two slabs that not only contains the circulation but also a bicycle storage space and communication space
