This project was exhibited at the Earth Materials Conference held in spring at the National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation (Miraikan). It is a series of sticky notes made from paper recycled out of timber waste generated in the demolition of wooden houses.

Rather than discarding the debris or burning it for energy, the process regenerates it into paper, and further into a product. What we propose here is the entire cycle—from dismantling, to recycling, to remaking into a new everyday item.

Each sticky note retains the memory of when the paper was once part of a house, taking the form of a small home. When placed together, they resemble a streetscape: what was once a townscape now reappears on the desk, transformed into a miniature cityscape of paper.
