The new JED business hub is located on the former site of the print centre for the Neue Zürcher Zeitung newspaper (NZZ). Halter’s premises take up parts of the converted printing plant. Upon entering, you come first to the co-working stations on the ground floor. An eye-catching steel staircase leads up to the meeting rooms on the first floor. Most of the workstations are on the new additional third floor. This is arranged in a cruciform layout, with the centre serving as a meeting point. In the adjacent office areas, custom-made pods provide quiet spots for making telephone calls or holding meetings. Within the vast hall, they look like mini houses and give the premises an urban appearance.
