First-floor tenant space and a 15-unit rental apartment building.
The open lattice structure is enveloped by an amorphous outer shell, creating diverse spaces for habitation. Given its location, it's likely to attract many foreign residents. This apartment complex incorporates various urban Japanese landscapes indoors while inherently embracing the diversity of its inhabitants, creating an atmosphere where these elements seem to appear and disappear within the city.
