New Interior for Café Irma on Zweierstrasse
With great attention to detail, pfeffermint AG redesigned the interior of Café Irma – a place where true craftsmanship takes center stage. Natural materials and soft, earthy tones shape the space and allow the bread and products to take the spotlight. Handmade ceramic lights, acoustic elements made from pressed cotton, and warm cherry wood—echoing the color of a crusty bread loaf—create a calm and authentic atmosphere.
Café Irma, run by Judith and Sinan, is a breakfast café that stands for passion, honest craftsmanship, and fairly produced, high-quality products. Their sourdough bread is crafted with great care over three days using organic flour from the Altbachmühle.
