The wine enthusiasts of Smith & Smith aimed for a shop for their beverage selection of rarities and trouvailles. The authentic feeling that the hand-picked range exudes is reflected in the design of the space. The industrial character of the space creates the desired feeling of a garage or shed sale sale, where the buying experience, including competent advice and background information about the producers, finds its place. For this reason, the rooms were renovated in a restrained manner and supplemented with matching accessories. An individual and modular system was developed for the presentation displays. The specially produced wine crates allows a quick rearrangement of the dynamic assortment and can be placed on thematic islands and shelves. The crates can be stacked in a variety of ways while the bottles can either be placed in or on top of the crates or placed inside them. The spacious counter area with its high-quality wooden cover offers space for a matching delicatessen assortment. As a highlight of the shop, a wine safe is hidden behind an inconspicuous door. In the so-called Strong Room the wine rarities can be presented to the customers in a valuable atmosphere. Shopping becomes an experience!
