CABEL Leasing office expansion

The project is the expansion of the Cabel Leasing headquarter, in the historic center of Empoli. The new building is developped on two levels. On the first floor there are different kind of workstation: glazed box offices, the double workstations with low furniture-head or single workstations; all together they turn and draw a route that connects the meeting room and the new branch directional bureau. Above "floats" the large loft shielded by glass parapets that reflect the surrounding space and give rise to alignments and unexpected perspectives. Generally the colour creates a fluid and dynamic space: the gray and white colors (used for the furnitures and the wall painting) and the no colour (of the glazed parts) lighten the ambient strongly distinguished, while the bright red color of the rubber flooring emphasizes the furnitures in their characterization.
