The project shows an enlongated form lying along a road of a small industrial area. This building occupies a surface of about 3.000 sm, developed on 2 floors above ground. The interiors are organized by an accurate functional plan, determinated by clients choice. The building houses a kindergarten, a gym, a canteen restaurant and offices. The facades made in prefab concrete are characterized by a strong design relief, which gives us a strong identity image.
