A site of only 9 tsubo (3,600 sq.m.) in frontage and 8,300 sq.m. in depth in the densely built-up wooden houses of Nezu, Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo. The gap between houses that we usually overlook without thinking. In this small urban exterior space, we will discover how to use it as a living environment, which compact urban housing cannot provide.
