The building at the corner of Eichengasse and Exerzierplatz is prominent, striking and strong in the curve. It confidently defies the partly "arbitrary" and "wild" surrounding development through deliberately compact and reduced urban planning.

The house appears compact, has well-proportioned incisions and deliberately set openings, which are oriented differently depending on the housing unit. The materials used also contribute to the appearance described above by supporting the building in its simplicity. Only very few, well-coordinated materials are used in a very targeted manner, which can be subdivided according to the principle of the public sector - private area. Thus, the entire public area such as the main entrance, staircase and parking garage is rather hard and reduced in color with natural stone, metal and exposed concrete.

The inner private area, on the other hand, looks warm and soft. Wood, plaster and colored cement surfaces were used. The loggias and balconies appear as control rooms and connect inside and outside. That is why the underside views of the outdoor rooms were covered with wood to underline this connection. To achieve the desired comfort, the building is accessed by car at the lowest point of the property via the parking garage. By elevator or via the common staircase, which is accessed via the main entrance, one floor higher, you reach the residential floors.

In order to achieve the highest possible variety of apartments, there is a 4.5 room apartment on the ground floor. Upstairs is a compact studio apartment as well as the lower part of the 5 room attic apartment. The internal staircase or the elevator leads to the attic floor, which is equipped with a two-sided surrounding roof terrace and organized to the southwest. The three residential units have seven parking spaces in the parking garage, as well as three outdoor parking spaces for visitors available. Storage rooms, bicycle cellar and building services are located in the basement. Due to the slope, these are naturally ventilated and partly accessible from the outside.
