House in the gardens
At the southernmost point of Liechtenstein < in the gardens > between the three built-up plots is the hexagonal prism. The building shape and orientation are due to the initial location of the plot.
The compact living and ancillary rooms find their place on a total of five floors. The prism proves to be an ideal solution for the plot and creates optimal living conditions in terms of alignment and exposure. The special form of living is especially noticeable in the open living room and gives the room a special quality. The completely exploited building height is especially noticeable in the bedroom floor by the high rooms.
The building stands as a monolithic body on the property. The separation in the materialization is clearly defined by the cantered components. The building ground with its high groundwater level was the reason for the base formation in exposed concrete. A wooden construction in element construction is set on it.
