House Mazora
On an elevated quiet residential area near the forest, spacious residential apartments with unobstructed views over the Rhine Valley are being built.
Three spacious apartments find their place on a total of four residential floors. The terraced building volume is divided into the steep slope and thus creates additional ideal outdoor areas. The open residential units are oriented to the west against the slope and thus create bright and spacious rooms. All adjoining rooms as well as the internal development are arranged on the mountain side.
The main living area in the attic is characterized by its high-quality interior design and its extraordinary extensions. The pool area as well as the courtyard-like south terrace to the sleeping area are only two of the highlights. The open living area on the top floor flows almost smoothly into the terrace area. By connecting to the rear-end terrain, the attic gets a kind of ground floor character.
