The two apartment buildings, each containing five units, are located on the edge of the building zone, offering beautiful views of the surrounding greenery. They are connected in the basement by a shared underground parking garage. Both buildings are centrally accessed via a stairwell and elevator, and each floor contains two apartments, as well as one apartment on the penthouse level.

Rooms and bathrooms are arranged in the northern section around the central entrance, while the open-plan living and dining area with outdoor seating faces the quiet garden to the south of the property. The apartments are staggered, which, despite the penthouse level, reduces the building height towards the street, making some sections appear only two stories high. This design allows the buildings to blend seamlessly into the small-scale structure of the neighbourhood, while also optimizing the privacy of the outdoor spaces.

In contrast to the conventionally finished apartments (white plaster surfaces, parquet floors), the stairwells are deliberately kept raw, with concrete surfaces, artificial stone floors, and oak-veneered doors and stair railings. The exterior materials reinforce the volumetric concept. The wood-metal windows are integrated into the rear plastered facade layer on all sides, with fabric blinds color-matched to the plaster. The projecting, continuous bands of expanded metal form parapets and roof edges, running dynamically between the varying heights of the windows and balcony railings. They emphasize the horizontal layering of the facade and create a strong connection between the two buildings.
